Boredom 17: Math Test...

...on the computer. [I really tried to draw a dude because I don't draw enough of this but then one thing led to another and yeah. Just pretend it's a guy]
    Ok so I've been working on another drawing of Static for like a week now [because it's a little big and I trying out a few new-ish things] but on Monday and Tuesday I had to take a math test that I'm pretty sure I failed. On Tuesday, when everyone was done, we still had to wait another class period to go to our next class so we got to do whatever and I, obviously, went straight to ms paint. At first I was just screwing around, drawing a random face but then I really got into it so I brought it home on my flashdrive and this shit happened. 
    (I really like how the eyes turned out) I did a few different things here like with the hair, I tried to do a thing [how do you guys think it turned out?].  The shading is what I've been working on in the Static drawing I have been working on so I tried to apply it to here, blending it and such.

    I'm uploading this mainly because I'll be spending more time on what I'm currently working on. I don't have a clue when I'll be done since, even though I'm having no big issues working on the small details, I'm kinda stuck. Like I said I'm trying the shading/blending thing with ms paint however, I don't know how to do it with her head. Since her head is a TV, light is coming from it but how would I do that (does this make sense)? To anyone who reads this and has some understanding of what I'm saying: do you know any tutorials or something that could help me out??? I would really appreciate it if I had some help ; v;
