new oc, even though i haven't explained the other 8 plus a 9th one i made before this one that i haven't shown yet...... ANYWAYS,
Scarlett here isn't like my other ocs, kinda. There's no story to her (yet, -maybe-), she's kinda like a persona.

(i should've introduced her in a nicer way) Scarlett is a fairy who can change from fairy size to the size of any human. She is quite mischievous, outgoing, can be very arrogant and hot-headed at times. As for age, she is about 10 years old. 
(and if you can't read what it says: "What'd you say bitch (ʘ‿ʘ✿)?")
